K&K M9700 – The Autarke Marten Repellent Device: Ultrasonic Marten Repellent + High Voltage (Self-sufficient) Battery Operated, Waterproof, 6 Sliding +/- Brushes, 360° Ultrasound, Safety Bonnet Switch

The M9700 is battery operated and emits electric shocks to the martens when it touches one of the 6 multi-contact high voltage brushes in the engine compartment (power surges that only chase the marten, but do not kill the marten). The innovative multi-contact high-voltage brushes brush through the coat and – in addition to paws and snout – the active surface is extended by the factor skin and thus many times over. The multi-contact high-voltage brushes can be placed anywhere so that a flexible shielding adapted to the respective vehicle is achieved. By separating the control unit (visible above) and ultrasonic sensor (free beam below), the possibility of strategic installation is given. The ultrasonic transmitter emits very strong, aggressively pulsating ultrasonic sounds in a radius of 360°. These tones vary in frequency and clock at random, therefore no habituation effect. Thanks to the waterproofing, a deep installation at the entry points is possible. Safe battery use thanks to the low battery indicator and reactive current protection. The device can be extended by 4 multi-contact high voltage brushes if required (accessories).

• High voltage (pasture fence principle): "Who does not want to hear must feel!" Older martens (other hearing behaviour) or very aggressive animals (field battles) can sometimes only be driven away by electric shock.
• Multi-contact high-voltage brushes: multi-contact brushes pass through the insulating fur and – in addition to paws and snout – the active surface is extended by the factor skin and thus many times over. In addition, an environmentally independent installation is possible.
• Pulsating sinus ultrasound with all-round ultrasonic radiation: Our marten scares imitate the warning screams of animals very lifelike and extremely loud. This works and prevents the habituation effect. The dome speaker emits the sound waves over 360° to all sides. Sound shadows are thus avoided and all-round protection against martens is achieved
• Waterproof 2.0: A waterproof moulded electronics according to IP 65 standard and a completely closed speaker allow deep installation even in splashing water areas. Even engine washes are no problem.
• Self-sufficient battery device: Thanks to the battery operation, high-voltage devices can be operated completely independent of the electrical system. This is particularly advantageous for electric vehicles, motorhomes, vintage cars and others with long service life. A low battery indicator with LED warns early if the batteries in the device are empty.
