The AQUA CREST 1/4" inline water filter is designed for many applications, including refrigerators, ice makers, coffee makers, water coolers, beverage equipment, sink faucets, RVs, boats, and RO systems, and works with many major refrigerator brands. It installs easily on plastic or copper water lines using included 1/4" compression and push-to-connect fittings (with a 7/16" adapter) and can be set up with a simple twist—insert the PE tube about 20 mm into the cartridge to help prevent leaks. Using a polyester membrane and a 0.5-micron coconut shell activated carbon block, it is designed to help reduce chlorine, PFAS (including PFOA/PFOS), taste and odor, rust, suspended solids, and colloids, while using BPA-free and lead-free materials. Rated for up to 5 years or 5,000 gallons depending on water conditions, it does not reduce TDS and includes an accessory kit with PE tubing, fittings, a compression hex nut, sleeve, and insert.
